These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 999php platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any service. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 999php platform at 999php.biz, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who otherwise accesses the platform.

- Use a strong, unique password for your 999php account.
- Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
999php will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the 999php platform, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will not use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine law.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt any part of the platform or its software.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform or its services.
- You will not engage in collusion, fraud, or any form of cheating within game sections.
- You will not use another person's account or allow others to use yours.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, at the sole discretion of 999php. Users found to have engaged in fraudulent activity may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the 999php platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and payouts are all denominated in PHP. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider for processing transactions.
999php does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at all times. Payment methods available to a user may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are subject to verification for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 999php's payment procedures, which may include identity verification before funds are released. 999php reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
We do not guarantee gaming outcomes or promise any return on funds deposited. Participation in any game or betting activity carries financial risk, and users should only deposit amounts they are willing to lose.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policies
999php provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Upon closure, any outstanding balance that is eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with our payment procedures.
